Crossroads Inc., established in 1960, is a licensed non-profit organization in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable substance abuse treatment services. With multiple campuses across the Phoenix area, Crossroads serves over 5,000 men and women annually, offering both residential and outpatient programs tailored to individual recovery needs.
The cornerstone of Crossroads’ treatment approach is the Residential Right Track program, a 45-day intensive residential treatment that includes individualized assessments, peer mentoring, individual and group counseling, and daily psychoeducational groups. These groups cover topics such as substance abuse education, relapse prevention, life skills, coping strategies, and anger management. Additionally, clients participate in 12-step meetings and SMART Recovery groups, with access to over 100 self-help meetings held on campuses each week.
Recognizing that recovery extends beyond residential treatment, Crossroads offers outpatient and aftercare programs to support individuals as they transition back into the community. These programs provide accountability, support, resources, and continued skill-building to ensure long-term recovery success.
Crossroads operates multiple campuses, including Arcadia, West, Midtown, Flower, East, Red Mountain, and an Extension Campus for Women, each providing a safe and healthy residential environment for those committed to achieving sobriety and self-sufficiency.
The organization’s mission is to deliver comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs that promote recovery, personal growth, accountability, self-sufficiency, and healing. Guided by the philosophy that every individual deserves the opportunity to find recovery, Crossroads provides scholarship assistance to those unable to afford treatment, ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder access to their life-changing programs.
