Vitality Center is a substance use treatment facility operated by Vitality Unlimited, a nonprofit behavioral health organization that provides services in several communities across Nevada. The center is part of a broader network of programs that address substance use and mental health needs through residential and outpatient services. Vitality Unlimited began as an outpatient substance use treatment office in Elko and later expanded its services throughout the state.
The Vitality Center location provides residential treatment for individuals with substance use disorders.
