Transformation House I is part of Transformation House, a behavioral health organization that provides treatment services for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. The organization operates programs in the north metro area of the Minneapolis–Saint Paul region and serves individuals from counties across Minnesota.
The organization provides several levels of care that address substance use and related mental health needs. Services include residential treatment, outpatient programs, psychiatric services, and diagnostic assessments. Medication-assisted treatment and medication management are also available as part of the treatment process.
