House of T.I.M.E. is a long-term residential treatment facility and supportive housing program designed for homeless women over 18 who are struggling with substance abuse and mental health issues. Since 1994, it has helped countless women rebuild their lives through structured programs that focus on recovery, stability, and independence.
The facility offers a Transitional Housing Program that provides up to 24 months of support. This program is designed to help residents overcome addiction, address past trauma, gain job skills, and access healthcare. Each woman receives an individualized treatment plan that may include therapy, case management, job training, substance abuse treatment, and life skills classes to prepare for independent living.
For those who need ongoing support, the Permanent Supportive Housing Program, known as “Homeless to a Home,” offers an indefinite stay with access to essential services. This program is particularly helpful for women facing dual diagnoses, making it difficult for them to maintain stable housing and employment. Residents benefit from mental health care, addiction recovery services, vocational training, financial guidance, and other support systems. Mothers can also stay with their children, allowing them to rebuild their lives while maintaining family connections.
Under the leadership of Executive Director Sandy Watson, House of T.I.M.E. fosters a compassionate, structured environment where women are encouraged to take responsibility for their recovery. The organization’s philosophy emphasizes personal growth and empowerment, ensuring that each resident has the tools and support needed to move forward successfully.
